Let us make you an amazing true to life portrait sculpture. After the first mould was cast from life, we enhanced the piece with accurate representations of the eyes and hair. This sculpture was made as a special commission in cast glass.

Bodycast sculpture commissioned by Chris Beardshaw as part of his garden at the Chelsea Flower Show 2005. This piece was made to be exhibited outside. Lifecasting involves the subject closing their eyes while the first mould is made. We create new eyes later in the process.

This is a detail of one of the sculptures that we made as part of the “Recycled Garden” which was created by top garden designer Chris Beardshaw for the 2005 RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Zac, who was 8 years old at the time, enjoyed the casting process and was a very fine model for us.

This special commission was cast from life and the dynamic hair styling was added in our sculpture workshop. The Lead Crystal gives the piece a marvellous ethereal feel, with elegant swirls of bubbles adding to the interest and movement within the work.
